The first should be FramebufferTarget.
The second - FramebufferAttachment.

Which version are you using? This is correct in 0.9.9-3 (please reopen if necessary).

Sorry, I named the issue incorrectly... Fixing it.
Just checked on 'trunk' - it's there.
I see the global 3.2-bindings issue already exists, so this function should be added there, I guess.

The GL3.2 bindings still need work so please post any other issues you encounter.
