Spelling of SI units in documentation and captions

Description

Documentation refers to the unit as Herz instead of the correct spelling hertz, and FPS (i.e. Frames Per Second) instead of fps (i.e. frames per second). As for the occurences of FPS in window captions, they are okay, but one window still has fps in its caption.
