GameWindow states sample crashes on Ubuntu

Description

This affects the updated sample found in r2603+ of the 1.0 branch. The sample receives a SIGSEGV when resized to a size larger than the original.

Ubuntu 9.10 amd64, Mono 2.4.3, Nvidia 195.36.03 drivers, compiz enabled.

I cannot reproduce this anymore after the fix to #1600: Ensure xlib functions are surrounded with XLock/UnlockDisplay.

Marking as fixed.
