Have you any plans to create new win compile target for framework 4.0 RC? New framework use new CLR, so CLR 2.0 dll unuseful.

Not until .Net 4.0 is officially released. However, you should be able to use OpenTK.sln to recompile for .Net 4.0 without issue.
