File missing which stops the code from building

The file Source/Build/Resources/OpenTK.Prebuild.xml is currently missing from the rc1 tarball which stops it from building

I'm working on a fix for this as well as #1680: Examples fail to compile.

This will be fixed in rc2.

You can also download the code from SVN which works correctly: http://www.opentk.com/project/svn

Or you can unload the OpenTK.Build project and build the rest of the library.
