Writing text with TexLib ??

Hello,

I'm new to the OpenGL/OpenTK world, so I don't really have to much experience with it. I wanted to add some text to my render and found the Tex-Lib 0.9 contribution and thought it was the right answer for my issue. The problem is that I downloaded the zip file and it only has one unknown type file...I thought it would be a cs file. How do I use this file? or is the zip file corrupted?..if so, where could I get the right file??
