You know, sometimes it's a bad idea to leave a payment for the last minute: Murphy is on the prowl, just waiting for a chance to mess things up. Like yesterday, when the bank system crashed while I was waiting at the line. Or the day before, when I managed to lock myself out of my online bank account (which is why I was at the line).

I should be thankful for the lack of robbers, I guess.
