ARB Extensions

Are the ARB extensions supported in OpenTK? For instance, I've been hunting around for the equivalents of:

       glUseProgramObjectARB(); 
 
       glUniform1iARB();  //Note the I
 
	glUniform1fARB(); //Note the F
 
	glActiveTextureARB();

GL.Arb.UseProgramObject();
GL.Arb.Uniform1(); // overloaded for both i and f variants
