How to note the indice in the windows OpenTK?

Hello, bodys:
i need your help!!
For exemple : i draw a ponit, i want to note number 1 close the point, and i draw another point, i note 2 close the point?

Sorry I didn't understand you. Maybe it's just me so sorry again.

thank you for your idea, but i mean i can note the label of the point, what ever the label is, such a,b, c or 1,2,3, just like show the text.
