Problem with openGL drivers

Hello everybody :)

I recently started my programming with opentk and Visual C# 2010. I have some issues regarding to the final output display. I have done all the coding as mentioned in http://www.opentk.com/doc/chapter/2/glcontrol , but the final result is shown in inline image.

Personally I have the following configuration of my PC:

Driver : Intel (R) Q45/Q43 Express Chipset
Ram : 2 GB
Speed: Intel Core 2 Duo, 3.16 GHz
OS : Windows 7 Ultimate, 32 bits

I have searched allot to resolve this problem but now i have been stuck in this work :(

somebody please help me what hardware configuration i can use as well as OS. My PC can support Windows 7 64 bits too.
Or anyone can tell me how can i configure my intel display drivers with openGL drivers.

OpenTK comes with an application called "Examples". Try running a few of the "GLControl" samples (under "OpenTK"), do these work correctly?

If they do then this is probably caused by a bug in your code. Try posting some code for more help.

Actually I am working in Opentk only. All the "GLControl" examples have the same problem. the code for the inline image i have used is:

I added GLControl to the form and wrote the code in the Form1.cs. bt still the display is like that (as in inline image).
I installed the OpenGL Extention Viewer 3.30 and it shows the report regarding to my PC and OpenGL version installed with Opentk is following. (Remember i didnt installed OpenGL separatly just my PC have the lates OpenTK version)

Your OpenGL drivers seem to be installed correctly. What happens if you modify glControl1_Paint like this?
