My rendering takes about 8ms. I have started GameWindow with target update frequency 60, I have VSync on, and it runs at 16.6ms per frame as expected. How would I limit the render rate to something lower, like render only each other frame (33.3ms) or even further?
Interestingly, when I set TargetRenderFrequency during runtime to 30, the frame time decreases to about 13ms instead of going to 33 ms as I had hoped. I still have VSync on, so this is a bit unexpected.
