Unable to find an entry point named 'glBindFramebuffer' in DLL 'opengl32.dll'. -

Hello I have been looking to resolve this issue I have a Mobile Intel 4 Express series graphics card im using Monogame to create a new Windows OpenGl project and when I try to build I get that error. I read in a github forum that it is trying to use the Gl_ARB_framebuffer object that is supported in OpenGL 3 but my graphics card only supports OpenGL 2 so to resolve it I have to force the framebuffer to use GL_EXT_framebuffer instead of the ARB one but I have no idea how to do it if someone can help me please or have another work around i would appreciate it.

tl;dr -I need to force the framebuffers to use GL_EXT_framebuffer-object instead of GL_ARB_framebuffer-object but dont know how?..
