Fixed size window on vista

On windows vista (aero mode), fixed size window leaves black areas on the sides of the window.
Run "GameWindow states" of opentk examples and press 2 (changes mode to Fixed).

Tested with opentk svn.

Confirmed, the client area is not calculated correctly (this does not manifest on XP). I'll try to fix this before the next release.

Is there a bug tracking system available for OpenTK? Would be good to put things such as this on that ..
