GC & OpenGL

I noticed http://www.opentk.com/doc/chapter/3/GC_OpenGL needed an update but my knowledge of the GC is limited and the GL context API has changed. Fiddler?

Thanks. I've made a few more minor corrections.

I've also marked this page as a work-in-progress until I can check that the ContextDestroyed event is correctly raised.
