Drop-down menus have been removed, as many usability guides advised them.

Issues can be accessed through the Project page (which also contains links to downloads, source code, etc) - is this good enough?

We are also missing a "my issues" link (which only displays issues you have subscribed to). This should go to the navigation menu (the block on the left side).

Well I meant ALL issues, not just mine :)

(even thought that might mean the same thing at this point in time heh)

Edit: found it! Under Project, just have to learn the new site navigation!

Marking as fixed, unless you can think of any other improvements here.

I think it is great now .. Issues in the menu is THE best method to find (since we can see all issues instantly and sort them thereafter.. the links at the project page are so many that I don't even bother understanding what they mean, but I'm sure you have a logic in them)

I absolutely agree, but unfortunately this is how the module was designed.

I tried to do was hide this stuff, but it seems it cannot be done without custom code (thus losing security updates). I'm still looking for a solution (but this is a different issue than the one discussed here).

yeah in case it is not configurable in the drupal module nothing much to do - except maybe complain at the appropriate issue tracker at their site ;)
