Functions:

C: void BufferParameteriAPPLE(enum target, enum pname, int param);
Old: void BufferParameter(OpenTK.Graphics.All target, OpenTK.Graphics.All pname, Int32 param)
New: void BufferParameter(OpenTK.Graphics.BufferTarget target, enum X pname, Int32 param)
Note: this function should have an additional overload that uses OpenTK.Graphics.Boolean instead of Int32 for convenience.

C: void FlushMappedBufferRangeAPPLE(enum target, intptr offset, sizeiptr size);
Old: void FlushMappedBufferRange(OpenTK.Graphics.All target, IntPtr offset, IntPtr size)
New: void FlushMappedBufferRange(OpenTK.Graphics.BufferTarget target, IntPtr offset, IntPtr size)

I usually do not update non-core extensions, but this was easy enough to do. Committed to rev. 1678.

Just fyi, Catalyst 9.3 supports this extension.
