OpenCL Enums

I extracted the enums out of cl.h. The functions will take some time as I'm going through them manually. Expect errors and whatnots.

The thing is, Enums.cs was added to the cl branch about 2 months ago. :)

OpenCL bindings should be moderately easy to write, but little else has been done on this front. If you are interested in helping out, please open an issue to coordinate development.

I did check some "cl" folder but not THE "cl" one. Damn :)
