Description

When you load up http://www.opentk.com/doc you don't really have an overview about the pages in the book. Some tree-like table of contents should help navigation alot.

For example, you have to click through 4 links in order to find http://www.opentk.com/doc/chapter/2/opengl/geometry/vbo

Is there a way to let Drupal generate that index for us? Or should I build that tree manually?

P.S. do not - I REPEAT: DO NOT - code any tool to generate the tree if this functionality isn't included out-of-the-box. :P

Fixed since last month. The second page now displays a table of contents (although this could be integrated into the first page, if desired).
