[GLControl] The Size property behaves differently between .Net and Mono

This is visible on the 'Simple GLControl' and 'Font rendering (basic)' samples, but not on the 'Simple GLControl Game Loop' sample. Investigate.

After more testing, DockStyle.Fill seems to be working correctly. The issue is only observed when DockStyle is None.

This has been fixed upstream in Mono 2.4.3.
